Please note that we do not offer free returns; a fee will be charged.

Order Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order must still contain all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must arrive exactly as the product.

  • Normal use of the product is acceptable; any damage caused by negligent handling is considered negligence.

  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  • The product must be proven defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  • The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to the customer's actions.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process:

Make sure the email includes the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Do not return the item to the sender; we will send you the correct address upon request. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following condition if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Cancellation
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received or accepted the last item.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process before delivery; thus, a refund is not possible once the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g., via email). Cancellation is considered effective once the goods are received. The costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.


Orders in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we explicitly agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
